Memorandum of AssociationThe filing requires a Memorandum of Association. We will use a default Memorandum if you do not have any special conditions you would like us to use. Management Board Member *Please list all management board members of the nonprofit, including: First Name & Last Name, Estonian personal identification code, and e-mail address.

End of Term of the Board Member(s) *It is required to enter the term end date for the board member(s). This can be extended after formation. The term end date can be up to 10 years in the future.

FoundersPlease note that a nonprofit requires at least two founders. If you do not enter a 2nd founder, Capture will be listed as the other founder.

Founder *Please list all founders of the nonprofit, including: First Name & Last Name, Estonian personal identification code, and e-mail address.

Beneficial Owner(s)

Beneficial Owner *Please list all beneficial owner(s) of the nonprofit. ‘Beneficial owner’ means a natural person who, via ownership or other type of control, has the final dominant influence over a natural or legal person, or in whose interests, for the benefit of whom or in whose name a transaction or operation is made. Please include: First & Last Name, country of personal identification code, personal identification code, country of residence, and how they exercise control (management board member, direct ownership, indirect ownership, etc.).
